Diaspora Film Feature – Besh on the Duduk

In honour of Refugee Week, we have a special treat for you!

This is Besh, a good friend of ours who we met in the camp in Dunkirk.

Besh and his brothers have a crazy story. They were separated from their mother in a camp in Greece and searched 70 camps before they found her again.

Besh features in our new film Diaspora.

Diaspora has been a labour of love and a long time coming. It’s longer than our usual films, and it ties together many of the people we have met and the places we have been over the two years…and how they have been affected by the refugee crisis.

Despite travelling to locations throughout Europe and the Middle East, encountering different religions, nationalities, languages, cultures and life stories along the way, we found a common thread…
